Environmental Graphics & Signage

For several months, I stepped in to support our Enviropop team during a staffing transition, taking on environmental graphics and signage projects for a variety of clients. It was a unique opportunity to expand beyond marketing design and work directly on the spaces our clients would experience every day.

This particular project was for a church located near a large port community with many families connected to a nearby naval base. The client wanted the children's area to feel nautical, energetic, and full of movement while avoiding an overuse of traditional Christian imagery. They were drawn to abstract graphics, layered elements, and a sense of activity that would make the space feel high energy and engaging for kids.

Using the project's goals as a guide, I developed the wall graphic concepts and created all of the environmental graphics throughout the space. For the signage, I started with Visioneering's existing signage standards and customized them to fit the project's visual direction, creating a cohesive experience that tied the graphics and wayfinding together.
