Building a Conference Brand.

Each year, Visioneering hosts two national conferences, each with its own audience, messaging, and visual identity. As the lead designer for these events, I am responsible for developing and maintaining the conference brand across every touchpoint—from websites, email campaigns, and social media to print collateral, signage, presentations, environmental graphics, photography, and post-event marketing.

For this Campus Pastor conference in Nashville, Tennessee, I took inspiration from the city's iconic Hatch Show Print style. The design system incorporated bold typography, textured graphics, and vintage print influences to create a look that felt uniquely tied to Nashville while still fitting within the conference brand. The final identity was carried across every attendee touchpoint, creating a cohesive experience before, during, and after the event.

In addition to leading the design and marketing efforts for our conferences, I also serve as the event photographer. From keynote sessions and breakouts to candid attendee interactions, I capture the moments that help tell the story of each event.

After the conference, I edit and deliver the final images for use across social media, websites, recap materials, and future marketing campaigns.
